No phone for over a month but Telkom expexts payme

This is the third time on Hello Pieter regarding telephone no 011 704 3375. After moving into a new house on the 26th of January i waited until the 7th for my line to be transferred. However this line did not even work for 24hours. Eventually after numerous complaints this line was fixed on the 6th March. Now I am being threatened that my line will be suspended if I do not pay. I already e-mailed Muvo Thusi about my billing concern but never received a reply. Only a read message. My line only started working on the afternoon of the 6th (5 days)
How can I have a bill of over one thousand rand when my normal account use to be R300.00. Please sort this out as i am now sick and tired of the constant problems that i am experiencing with your company.
