Still no response

Cellc has still not come back to me regarding my query as i received an e-mail on Friday that they tried to get hold of me and i was not available as i was out of the office as per my e-mail on my out of office response for the day and i responded to their e-mail yesterday at 08H26 when i got to the office and i'm still waiting for the phone call. i'm really fed up with this incompetency and i want my money back and will never ever do business with Cellc and would not advise anybody to use them as well.
