Early Contract Renewal Impossible

Having been into a CellC store (13 Apr) to see what my options were to upgrade early and getting an uninterested sales consultant who was no help I decided to query on-line directly with CellC. It took 10 days before I got a response on the (23 Apr). The actual response on the 23rd started with the following lines

"We would like to replace your contract immediately with the Black .."

My actual query related to upgrading an existing Blackberry contract (straight up 100) to a Straight up 400 by cancelling my existing contract early and getting a new contract.

It took a few e-mails (take note that his 084 number doesn't work) between the consultant to realise that this was a generic e-mail that was sent to me as he apparently didn't get hold of me on the phone. He apologised and we took this forward. We left the conversation on the 25th Apr that it had been done before but he needed approval and it would take 48hrs.

After various e-mail requesting an update, finally on the 7th May I got a response saying it had been declined. Only after I put a read receipt on the mail. I immediately asked for the procedure on how to cancel my contract and am still waiting...
