Box Office service not humane enough

Nearly 4 weeks ago (7 July) I had tried Box office for the first time. I tried to rent via the SMS method and got an SMS back to say that my number was not a registered one. I went online and, having a box office account set up, tried to rent the movies that way.By mistake I rented the movies for PC and not PVR and, without watching, spoke to a consultant via webchat to have the matter resolved. I was told that they would have a look into the matter and get back to me. A week later I sent an e-mail to advise that the refund had not been done and to please have it looked into. I then received a templated response to say that the matter had been escalated and will be looked into. 10 days later I had sent another e-mail only to receive yet another templated response apologizing for the delay and requesting detail that I provided that same day. 3 days after that another templated response to say that the matter will be looked into. Another day later I had sent an e-mail requesting that the whole process be stopped, they refund me the remaining balance and that the Box Office account be closed. Today (2 August) I received a mail to say that the account had been refunded. This was not done
