I went to Vodacom 4U to upgrade my phone on 1 March 2013 I was told that my phone would arrive on the latest 5 March 2013. It is 12 March already and still no phone. They constanly have excuses as to why the phone hasn't arrived yet. That is terrible service. If I could I would have stopped my contract. The staff there also needs some telephone etiquete because they dont know how to answer a telephone.
