7 days and no feedback!!

Good day,

I applied online for a new contract on the morning of 5 March 2013 (Ref: SPI003124743)

Seven days have now passed. The sales consultant I communicated with telephonically on Tuesday assured me that I would receive an answer by close of business on that same day. After battling to get through to the call centre so that I may follow up, the only reply I received was that "it is still being validated". I e-mailed the sales consultant. Same reply. I contacted the Cell C team on [URL Removed] and received the same reply. On Friday, I received the following correspondence via the same website:

"It is still with our validation queue but we have sent an email to sales team requesting them to prioritize and release order"

I am still waiting.

Could someone within your organisation please provide me with definite feedback as to the status of the order I placed? I find it hard to believe that an organisation with a good reputation such as yours would take an entire week to process one application.

Waiting in angst...
