Cell C
Upgrade hassles

I applied for an upgrade on friday (2013-03-01). They delivered the new phone to me on wednesday, only for me to find out ITS THE WRONG PHONE!!! They switched mine and a lady from cape towns. So i sent it back but now im still waiting for mine and everytime i phone nobody can give me a proper answer as to where my phone is or when they will come deliver it. Cell C have taken down my number twice as well as RAM couriers. nobody gets back to me. This is so frustrating!!! This is the worst service ive received in years and they should be ashamed of themselves. i wouldnt recommend Cell C to anyone because of this. why is it so hard? i need answers!!!
