No assistance when needed-EVER!!!

Got 2 upgrades from CellC recently, it has been such a nightmare from the word "Go". Problems with both phones: Battery life is pathetic, phone gets extremely hot while in standby and loses battery power almost immediately. Reception is terrible, i can't surf the net, send bbm's, or even text msg's. Phone also freezes periodically. First phone was reported to CellC as an OBF, and fetched "for repairs", no feedback received as yet. Reported the second phone, still waiting for feedback. Phone hass dust on inside of screen (makes me wonder if the phones are new). Why do your'll insist that a customer report an OBF within 7days IF your are not going to do anything about it? And when reporting an OBF a customer must dial 084145 option2, something that is much easier said than done, i hold on for close to an hour each time only to have the call dropped repeatedly, it is just impossible (but funny how quick i get through to apply for a line). How are we supposed to report such problems and get assistance if we cannot get through? and then CellC responds by saying that they cannot do an OBF as it is over the 7day period. All i would like is 2 good, new phones that i can happily and successfully use.
