Overcharge and non allocated Insurance amount

I called the call centre with a view of getting a balance for End march for all my lines. Wilson, a helpful consultant, advised me that I owe R462.00 for 084 555 6776. I must say that this has been a trend as I paid R465.00 for the end February.

The question posed to him was that why the payment was as high as I making odd calls and there is not even whatsapp, face book, content or any application that could cost so much. He advised me that I have been charged for the handset automatic updates as I am using N8.

Why must I be charged R149.47 for something that I am not responsible for?
It would be appreciated that this refund, as well as the almost same amount for the last month be reimbursed to me as this is broad daylight.

I am constantly told that there is a credit for R221.03 for 084 3922528. The handset for this number was lost and excess was paid on the 16th December and the payment proof was sent to the correct team to allocate and I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS SUCCESSFULLY ALLOCATED, however there is credit in that account. Any inexperienced person would have told me that the credit for 084 3922528, which is untrue.
Can this be sorted out?
