Sms bundles a shame

I keep purchasing sms bundles as I do alot of smsing only do discover that you actually only get about half of the sms's you purchase if you purchase from a contract and if you purchase off prepaid time you do not get the bundle at all but money still gets deducted. When I phoned the call centre and lady wanted to know the address my account is sent to I said it is sent to my phone every month but she still wanted my address and unfortunately we have moved so was not sure of the address she had so no help there.
