Neotel service horrible and incompetent

The last 6 months I've been trying with Neotel's technical department to fix my upload speed on my emails as it takes sometimes up to three hours to send one mail. Not once have anyone been able to give me assistance this truly is the worst service provider that I've ever dealt with in my life and the most incompetent by far. Horrible service by far no one seems to know what they are doing stay away from them as far as possible.
