Website for such a huge service provide

I tried to register my cellphone number on the website called Vodacom online. First it gives you that characters in a block that you must type, if you type it, it gives you "Incorrect characters". Then if you manage to pass that, it gives you an "OTP":once of pin. It takes several minutes to reach me, and when it is typed in the block provided, it says " incorrect OTP"
This is the worst website to register on I have seen in a long time.

SO I was just wondering, if the site actually works, or is it just badly administered.

I feel like changing my cellphone provider immediately to one of the other available providers.
