Website crashed me out while registration-now late

I owe a lot to UNISA as the channel for my success academically, career wise and personally. Sadly the technology glitches have made me really sad. I worked on a Phd Proposal for 2 years and tried to register a month before due date. I got a mail in my postbox stating that I should register by 24 November but the the letter was dated 25 Nov. I immediately went online and followed the register process but was continually taken off the site. I did however manage to load some documents online and emailed the items that I could not upload. I stress the point that not everyone has best internet access and the UNISA server while being workd class does not take this into consideration before timing out. The unisa website was then down for maintainance and when up again I cannot log on as the dates have passed. I was in communication with Prof Ladzani since 10 October 2013 and he was a big help. Please allow me to register for this field of study as I am ready since October and do not want to waste another year to register. You assisted me to be where I am, now I need to take my studies to a level that was not afforded before 1994.I trust you will asisst me register for the PhD and turn a bad to good.
