Not charged 99c/minute

Dear sir/madam,

On 7 March 2013 (at 21:30) I recharged my prepaid account (074 242 8516) with R70. Directly after this I made some calls not exceeding 22 minutes and then my R70 was depleted and I had to recharge my account again. As far as I understand I was supposed to have only been charged R22 as I am on the prepaid account - Easy Chat 99 cents for real - which charges 99cents per minute.

I would appreciate it if you can sort this out for me as it is false advertising.
