2nd request from MTN

It has been almost a month now and nobody has contacted me?

Every month insurance gets deducted from my account and still my phone that was and claimed for has not been replaced.

I feel this is unacceptable.

Can someone please contact me as soon as possible because it does not help me going to MTN Key West as the people there are of no help.

I wan't this problem resolved as soon as possible or you leave me no choice than to take this matter further.
