"Worse service ever " - FOLLOW UP COMPLAINT Almost a week after I reported my complaint and all I received was emails with questions after answering it all best possible way no response from Gaynor Assur. Not even the N1 City Vodacom shop has been in contact with me!!! I requested an answer today and not even a update email. I also asked for an email address of a manager or someone higher that can maybe deliver customer service but nothing. I am without a phone for almost a week now. SHOCKING!!! I never thought a big company like Vodacom would have such bad customer service. I want an answer by tomorrow morning 10:00 or I will take it to someone else that can assist. I work with customers daily and never would this kind of service be accepted. I AM SHOCKED!!! Hopefully I will get feedback now or something!!!
