2 and a half months ago, we requested telkom change the ownership of our landline to the new tenant leasing our old home. We have since relocated overseas.

We have given the new tenant power of attorney to deal with telkom and the change of ownership.

Two and a half months later telkom is STILL debiting our account. For what I am unsure. They essentially money from our account as we are no longer the person who's responsible for the bill. We are also no longer the people who's name the line is in. They have double debited us and the new tenant.

Someone at telkom needs to get in touch with us Via email to sort this out and refund our money or we will be opening a case of against this company.

The customer service has be less than favourable and they cannot seem to get a simple change of ownership right. What a sad state of affairs South Africa must be in if they cannot get this one simple fast correct.
