I have a Vodacom 315 Topup contract. This morning I received a sms stating that my subscription has been soft locked, because I have reached my mandatory account limit. I didn't even know Topup accounts have limits?
So, I phoned the call center (08211), went through the whole process pf identifying myself, just to find out that their system is off. First I was told to phone again, because the other operator's systems are online. Phoned again... Same story, Second operator told me to phone 0821946. Guess what? Their system's off too. At least they could see that my account is payed in full. So, after an hour of struggling, my phone still doesn't work, and no one has a clue why!
