REFUSED to help me!!!

I approached MTN Woodmead for the second time due to a problem we were experiencing with one of our new simcards. Whenever we tried to use our simcard with our 3G modem, it would give an error and not allow us access to the internet. I then explained this problem to Sumaya, but she then started telling me about "letters I require" and all sorts of things that I needed to give to her. So I then kindly asked her if she was going to help me or not because it seemed to me that she really wasn't in the mood. She promptly looked me in the eye and told me that she definitely was not prepared to help me! To my dismay, I calmly suggested that she call the manager. The manager (Linden) approached me and I then explained my whole story again, but this time including my complaint against Sumaya and her irregular and most shocking behavior. He humbly apologised and tried his best to assist me, only to find that the simcard needs to be replaced. I accepted his apology; but firstly, why should he have to apologise for Sumaya's conduct? Secondly, why is it that the manager must do Sumaya's job for her? And thirdly, to you MTN, is this how you now treat your very loyal customers?
