Moving Home / No can do moving telephone line

OH my what a mission!! People watch out it is easy to apply to get mweb as your service provider, they advocate that that do it all, all you need is a telephone line - This is true, bingo and it is done. BUT do not try and move to new address - Mweb, says call Telkom, Telkom says call your service provider and 4 phone calls and it still is not clear! you get a form to complete from Mweb, which says will you be keeping the existing number? if yes confirm with Telkom, if No what is the new number?? Telkom cant give a new number they are waiting for Mweb! WHAT A FUSTRATING PROCESS... What ever happened to customer service and making things easier to retain a customer??
