Good morning,

I have currently spent exactly 60 minutes on hold listen to the same songs play over and over waiting for a opertator to be available.

The service i have recieved since last week has been appauling and i honestly dont know why i still tolerate this.

I have been on hold for more than 60 minutes and still trying to have R 1000-00 paid back into my account after requesting this on the 1st of March 2013. I do understand that it takes time but after recieveing 4 messages from vodacom stating that they shall contact me in 24 hours to they are currently busy with the request.

I honestly dont understand how hard it is to take the amount pay it back on rtequest after you can clearly see that my debit order has gone off with no problems. when it comes to turning our service off you super fast with this but not with actually getting back to us or assisting us with request. I feel that this needs to change before you loose.

I have been disconected and asked dto call again. I for one do not have all day to wait for the call back or to be on hold for such a long time.

POOR SERVICE is all i am getting these days.
