SIM card STILL deactivated

Hi

2nd complaint. Secondary sim card was deactivated and I was told it is not rica'd, this after it has been working for more than a year. On my previous complaint I was told that an e-mail would be sent to me and I can reply if the card is working now. No e-mail card stillcnot working.
