I requested my bill 4 days ago via email and still dont have it, i asked if i was charged itemized billing they said yes, for 24months and i said i want a refund as i never got it, they said no. they need to give me a new phone as they told me i had 10days now they and pass the buck and say they wont. they dont call back. they dont email back when they respond her. each person gives you a different story and even further. i was billed more than 1000 and they dont want to send me my bill but deducted the money. im disgusted with them. other providers are offering much more for much less than mtn i wish i number ported before i took this contract. i cannot stand mtn anymore they are truely disgusting and have no morals or ethics gone is the mtn we new 6 years or so ago. they will send a standard response here but no one ever gets back to you, calls you and understands everything. terrible shame really.
