BLACKBERRY NOT REPAIRED

Blackberry 9810

My phone is less than one year old and still under warranty, I havent been using it alot as the trackpad is faulty and phone keeps freezing.
I took it to MTN recently and they told me nothing is wrong with the phone and gave it back.

The freezing is getting worse and very annoying.

If you cannot repair or replace my phone which is under warranty, then I will take my contact elsewhere where I get better service.

My entire family has contracts with your'll and I will advise them that your'll are the worst network.

I am neither prepared to wait 3 weeks for my phone as I gave it in the first time. The most I will wait is 1 week.

I expect my phone to be repaired properly without any future problems or be replaced.

Please contact me soon to Solve this problem and not make a lame excuse.
