Afrihost promises Internet Ease. Fails Miserably

It is now going on my 4th month of complaining to Afrihost regarding line speed. I have a 4Mbps line. So anything over 200kb is ok. Try 25-30kb on a good night. I work from home on a VPN which I cannot stay connected to because of the terrible speed. I cannot clear my email as it takes 15-20 minutes. No attachments. But they are happy to deduct money on a monthly basis and give no service. I have sent upteen logs to them with no avail. No feedbakc, nothing!! Stay away from Afrihost. No service, No feedback. Just rather burn your money and say you've got internet access.
