Terrible Service at Irene

On Saturday, 2 March 2013 I went to MTN Irene Mall to get myself an additional SIM for my home management system. After waiting in the queue for 1h20 (with 3 customers in front of us), I applied and signed all the forms for an ANYTIME 50 (my primary account is ANYTIME 500). As MTN was offline, I was told that I cannot receive the SIM there and then. Johan said he will phone me for collection the Sunday. Still waiting... Went there on Monday, 4 Mar 2013 again to enquire. Told again by Mr. Clever-whatever that there was approval needed for release of SIM as I only wanted the SIM and no phone. I would be notified within 2 to 24 hours. Nothing yet. Wondering why my R1000 is good enough but not my R50.By the way - I WANT the phone with the SIM!!
