IMPOSSIBLE TO PAY SANRAL ETOLL FEES!!!

I received my e-toll invoice two days ago. On three separate occasions (Brooklyn & Irene Mall) I have tried to pay the amount due, only to wait in the queue for a minimum of one hour (FYI - your system is so slow, it gets through about one customer an hour when it is working) and then be told that the system is offline. The staff at Irene Mall do not communicate with the waiting line of customers, but avoid all eye contact and stare blankly at their computers. One gent has gone there every day this week only to be told that their system is offline. I then tried to pay via EFT as they suggested, but once again this is impossible. I called the SANRAL customer service number and was told by Crystal that they are having 'issues' with EFT payments. I am trying to run a business, but have to spend precious hours of my time on a daily basis trying to pay you - PATHETIC! I should charge you an hourly rate for wasting my time. SANRAL - you make it IMPOSSIBLE for people to pay you, so stop all your threats and stop trying to run a First World operation when you are clearly THIRD WORLD. It's no wonder why nobody is paying you and why you are going to FAIL!!
