I drawning in Debts because of Cell C

The reasons why most South Africans are drawning in Debts its because of companies that behave like Cell C. They use my personal detail for their benefits. i have no contract nor account with Cell C, they went through and debited the sum of R796 rands from my account in the month of February the 15th (Unothourised). My debit orders for the month of february did'nt go through beacuse of this unethical behavior. Cell C was informed and they said they will investigate. They conducted their invesigation which said im not and never being thier customer. They refused to disclose information of whoever is using my personal details on this account but instead they said its someone in Mpumalanga. I'm not residing in Mpumalanga and never lost any of my documents. They promised to refund me, its almost a month now waiting for my hard erned money. They are injoying the interest of my own money which does not in any way belongs to them. Everyday i enquire they ask me the same information they requested a day before and they are even refusing to apologise neither to delete my account number from thier system.

Cell C, are you still going to refund me my HARD ERNED MONEY OR NOT
