I called in to Telkom twice to cancel my DSL without cancelling my ADSL line. This is because after finding out that my parents were paying Too much for their internet - which mind you was running at 10% of the speed it is suppose to run at - I decided to switch over to an ISP that actually works.

Now I called in to cancel my contract and I was told that I would be called back by yesterday morning. I called again yesterday and I was told as soon as possible.

Now they don't want to give me a number, because if they are unable to call at the time and number I specifically specified - I would like to call them.

Kindly please URGENTLY call me - as I am losing money, not being able to work, whilst my internet is Basically useless.

I want to reiterate that I want to cancel my DSL service and not the line - I will be transferring this to someone else. I feel I need to reiterate this as somehow mistakes always gets made.
