Billed for 3 Lines, but I only have one

Firstly I struggled with activating my number when I upgraded, I was without a line for more than 3weeks had to go to the store every week, they would assure me that it is fixed but it was never done after being helped by the store Manager Mohamed. Secondly at the end of February I was debited for 3 Lines when I currently have one. What makes me angry is that I specifically told the store Manager Mohamed that I will not continue with the internet line, I filled in a form and once again was assured that that line will be cancelled. 8ta is so not on.
