ANNOYED BY INCOMPETANT STAFF AND COMPANY!

I look after my mother and father and pay all there accounts, i fall short december, they suspended the account as i only managed to pay half but activated it again once they recieved payment. I couldnt make it to pay january so again they suspended the account. After pay day i paid them in full and penalties which i dont mind only to find out that the numbers are no longer registered on the network! how dare you de register a number that iv paid for with no warning? So we head of to vodaworld, consultant makes us get new sim cards and says it will be activated in 3 days. Call call centre again we are told it will now take 7 days.today is 7days, call again only to find out that we are not suppose to put the sim cards in the phone? hello? how must we know its working and we were suppose to supply a number for the sim card to vodaworld. I mean you gave us the cards isnt that your job? so its now going to take another 2 days as its gone to "admin" and they have apparently tried to contact us..HELLO WITH DE ACTIVATED NUMBERS HOW THE ARE YOU GOING TO GET HOLD OF US? Lastly for someone that stays so close to vodaworld your signal is terrible and i will be changing networks very soon
