Pathetic service from Altech Autopage

We bought 2 Ipads on Wednesday the 27th November, we were informed that the SIM cards are activated, it's now Tuesday the 3rd of Dec and the SIM cards are still not activated. When we phone Vodaworld Altech Autopage we keep on getting told that the SIM cards have been activated this now since last week Wednesday, we are getting charged pro-rata for data usage yet we don't have devices that work, we've also spent countless hours on our private cellphones speaking to Altech Customer Care who is completely incompetent, we want to be compensated for the time spent on the phone with Altech and the pro-rata data can also not be charged. Nowhere is there a manager available to speak to and no calls are being returned, I also bought an IPad mini on Friday which works fine, but if these SIM card issues are not resolved today and we receive some regular feedback I will return all three devices and take business elsewhere.

We bought the devices from Silindile Khanyile at Vodaworld, she is not the problem, here service was excellent and very professional. Support is.
