IPhone 5 contract sms glitch

In a recent post I complimented a staff member at 8TA here in the Cape Town area for her sterling ongoing service regarding an issue I am having with sending messages on my new iPhone 5.

Her response time and feedback is more than I can say for the rest of the company - I opened two cases regarding being unable to send sms messages. Since receiving the phone I have had a 10% window of being able to send sms's with no changes to settings or systems. This occurs randomly and has no explanation.
First, my message center was activated and it worked again, but then went back to giving me daily 'message send failures' as my attempts to understand its erratic behaviour continued.

On Saturday I went to the Claremont service centre at Stadium on Main and they reopened the case explaining that I will receive a call when working hours resume. I am still waiting. The service consultant at the branch where I purchased it explained that there is more than one customer ALSO still experiencing the same problem.
What now 8TA? Remember we are paying you for this sub-standard service. Will we be compensated for the calls we have to make instead of sending a quick sms?
