Problem with receiving and sending mms messages

For two years now, I am not able to send mms messages from my cell phone. Every time I call the call centre, they tell me that there is something wrong with the mms settings on my phone, but it is exactly like they told me to set it up. My husband has the exact phone and his settings are the same, but he can send and receive mms messages. The problem clearly with 8ta and not with the setup on my phone. Today I phoned again and I told the lady that my settings are right, but she still repeated the same thing, like the previous time. I am very frustrated, as I pay for a service that I'm not receiving.
