MTN refusing to cancel contract

To whom it may concern:

In December my husband & I went to our local MTN store to confirm when our contracts expire. We were informed that we should come back on the 2 of January to do so. When my husband (contracts on his name) went in January they said that they were off line. He went back again and they said no, our contracts only expire the 1 and 3rd of February, well be out of contract then. We went back on the 7th where they cancelled my contract in a heartbeat, however, my hubbies they did not want to cancel. Jennifer spoke to Business at MTN and they said that this contract is tied to a corporate so they can't cancel it, however, when the consultants looked on the system, there was no indication of that. We've been back twice since then but to no avail. we are still waiting, today is the 6th of March and the contract has still not been migrated to a pay as you go and what is even more upsetting is that the minutes that you have left over, will not be taken over if you migrate. How does THAT work, we've already paid for those minutes??? What more do we have to do???
