After submitting a complaint to Vodacom on HelloPeter on 7 Feb '13, I was contacted the next day, being told there is current problems in the area, and acknowledging that my problem is not part of it, I was again contacted on 15 Feb, after having to complain about no feedback. I was then told there is problems in the area, and that they had to do thorough testing to determine the problem, and that I would receive feedback withing 14 days. I HAVE ONCE AGAIN NOT BEEN CONTACTED FOR FEEDBACK, and even further, MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED!!! I started reporting this problem since Sept 2010, Vodacom can go check their records! Every time I get told that there is problems in the area, they are looking at it and everybody is affected. THEN WHY AM I ABLE TO USE THE NETWORK WHEN MOVING TO ANOTHER AREA IN WITBANK? I think this calls for a case of False Advertising & Misleading the public! PS. WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN MY DATA DEPLETE QUICKER THAN BEFORE DOING THE EXACT SAME THING???
