Dear Peter,

On 4 October 2011 my husband's two Cell C accounts were transferred into my name. He is now on ITC due to one of these accounts being in arrears, but I have paid both accounts since 2011.

I have spoken to one of the ladies at the legal department and she confirmed that there is nothing outstanding on my husband's account, but he is still on ITC!!!

What can we do??
