I am really upset with the service and ethics of MWEB, I appreciate that we have come to a conclusion and MWEB will cancel my policy effective 28/02 however still no refund or compensation to myself for paying premiums for 3-4 months with no internet service. Once again this was not my fault but MWEBS fault for not knowing how to setup their own product, I'm more upset with the fact that my Telkom line has been suspended as well due to the fact that we have to wait 7 days from the day of the MWEBS contract being cancelled. I would suggest rather going to Telkom direct as they will happily send out a technician to do the setup and install everything unlike MWEB and even if you do take a contract with MWEB you still have to pay Telkom for the ADSL line so what's the sense in this. I guess in conclusion MWEB should inform members of this and not make it all a bed of roses to get the sale. Please can someone reply with regards to my compensation or refund because I will not accept an answer like management has reviewed this and will cancel 28/02 if this is the case can a manager contact me?
