Every month the phone goes in for repair. Scrolled pad, Buttons, Software. Ear peace you name it, I can't go on like this, On the 2012/01/25 I asked one of the Head of department managers that I Don't want to cancel my contract, That I Just want to move to another plan where I don't have this PIECE OF BLACKBERRY and the only response I received was "EISH.SORRY SIR THIS ONE IS GONG TO DISSAPOINT... YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT AND PAY IN A' X' AMOUNT AND THEN WAIT 3 MONTHS BEFOR WE CAN GIVE U ANOTHER CONTRACT " I mean really. Is it really that hard to meet your clients halfway and trying to help them out??? The staff at the store where I take my Phone in for repair know me on my NAME and yet they will always greet me with a smile... But I'm done complaining to your Ground level staff as there is only so much they can do to assist me. I would love for someone in a higher position to contact me to get the problems sorted out as I can't take it anymore.
