I know how annoying people can be and I'm always willing to understand the reason for being inconvenienced. Not this time. 8ta has double billed me from November to February and tell me that it is because I have 2 contracts. A very nice lady Boitumelo Swart explained to me that my matter cannot be escalated unless i go to the police to make an affidavit stating i have 1 contract. She still confirms that there is no record of me taking a second contract and the double billing started suddenly in January. I do not have the means or time to go to a police station. How is it my fault that they have a glitch on their system and why can they not fix it without inconveniencing me as clearly this is their fault. I'm hoping this issue gets resolved without me having to go out of my way
