Worst Call centre to contact for support

I Called the customer service call centre to get help with zero signal strength on my 3 G speed stick.
had to wait in the que for the regular call centre and then wait in another que when they transfered me. this has been my expereince in dealing with Cell C for years.
agents are good when you eventually get to one. but in this instance they could not help me. just did not have an answer for me. shocking.
