Cell C - Worst service provider in the world

Whenever I have called the Cell C call centre, I had to spend no less than 15 minutes trying to explain to the call centre staff what my problem is. Their lack of knowledge of their product is shocking. Every time you have a query the staff has to first find out what the answer is (even the simplest things). I don't receive any help from the call centre at all. All my issues was just treated on a " I can't do anything about it" basis. I need support from the service provider as we spend a lot of money with them every month.
