I upgraded at Waterfall mall 65a. January 17th. Excellent service wrt the upgrade. On 1 March my new Samsung Galaxy note II stopped charging. The branch i bought it from was too busy so i stood in line for about an hour. This is at the branch located next to PNP. I advised Frederick about my problem he took the phone to the back to have it tested. When he came back he said: "still doing the same". I requested a loan phone as i am using this for work purposes. He advised me "i dont have one, phone your insurance" I then thought ok. THis is really going well. The next request he had is that i must have a proof of purchase. i said I upgraded next door and that the phone serial number etc is all on there. How could he see that i had insurance if i did not do it there. I told him i am not standing in a line for another hour and that he must get the proof of purchase from headoffice. Immediately he got so offencive and rude. Even asked me - the customer- "do you understand what i am saying to you". I told him that i will phone his manager. He replied "Dont care do you want his number" I cant wait for the contract to end to never deal with mtn again. i spent 1500 on averag
