BlackBerry nightmare!

Telecommunications

My BlackBerry 9380 came up with a fatal error on the 13th Feb, and took it to Vodacom Greenpoint on the 14th Feb to have a software upgrade. The software upgrade enabled me not to receive any calls and the photos I took on the phone were not seen by my laptop (or any computer for that matter). I took it back on 18 Feb to receive a new BlackBerry on the 21st Feb. The frame on the left hand side was not fitting flush to the screen and there was a visible gap between the screen and the frame. It almost felt like I was pushing a button! I returned the phone first thing Monday 25th Feb. They only sent the phone up to Jhb on the Tuesday and I received a replacement 4 March. The frame of the phone on the lower part of the phone was so far away from the buttons I could see into the phone! I managed to push the frame together and eventually clip it into the phone. However, after having it for no more than 2 hours the phone already froze, so I take the battery out to find a sticker on the inside that says "Refurbished". Why do I have to be given a second hand unit??!! The frame on the left hand side of the phone is also not flush on the screen - this is PATHETIC! Job # 8634856-0825
