Vodacom
Appalling service

I have just called the 0821959 number to sort out my due upgrade which I have not been informed about. I have called various vodacom numbers at least 6 times already to try and get assistance and still I sit with a faulty phone and will probably sit with one for longer as I have not received any assistance from incompetent Vodacom call centre. I have been a loyal vodacom customer since 1998 but I am appalled at the service I have received!
