17 Jan I took my cell to Tygervalley for repairs. I was told that the repair will take appr 3 work days but that I will be advised should it take longer. I need my cell for work so had no choice.20 Jan I started getting sms's that my phone had been send to the advance repair centre but never when I will have it back. I received a few similar sms's. 27 Jan I called & was advised that it will take another 2 days, after 5 working days. I was unhappy but had no choice. Yesterday I received 3 sms's to advise me that my phone "WAS READY FOR COLLECTION" at Tygervalley. I had to leave work early to collect it. When I got there I was told sorry but there is a problem with the sms system & your phone is not here yet. When I asked to speak to the Manager the trainee went to call her & came back to advise that she was not available. She clearly was trying to avoid the situation. WHAT TYPE OF MANAGER LEAVE A TRAINEE TO DEAL WITH THIS.When I asked why the system send out the sms's when it is wrong she pulled up her shoulders & said she don't send it out. Seriously?? She is the manager in the store & should take responsibility. Surely if they know there is a problem they can call clients
