Bad services accounts dep and emmbarasment

Hi,

I have repeatedly contacted the accouts dep. regarding my contract with altec autopage via fax and email and in store and since have had no positive response, or no response from the account department, they have to date handed me over to their legal dep. but yet failed to ignore all correspondence made by myself and Canal walk branch.

i went into the store for a repair two of my hand sets i have taken out with the company and failed to get any assistance and yet they have owed me credit since 2010, I am very disturbed at the services given to me by both customer service and the accounts department. I have a clean record in payment, and fail to see why i Should make payment when yet they own me so many credits.

This has become very costly and embarrassing for myself and i am disgusted by the service i am given by company. i hope my complaint will be handled promptly.
