I'm on a new month and already i have a usage balance. when calling the call centre I'm told its a usage that has been carried over from last month. why should February call be on a march bill? what guarantee do i have that they will not double charge me for that usage? this is just a to rip customers off. Over 10 years as vodacom customer, i must say I'm starting to get of by their careless attitude to their customers.
its a pitty the competition is also useless. SA is doomed when it comes to cellphone SP.
