No Feedback from MTN branch

My phone was booked in for repairs on the 30th Jan 2013. Due to it not powering on. The branch consultant told me that i will know what the outcome is in 3weeks and that they are sending my phone to the High Volume Repair Centre in durban. 3weeks came and went with no feedback or contact. Until i phoned the HVRC today 04th March 2013 and a consultant told me that my phone is beyond economical repairs due water damage, and that my phone was sent back to Richards bay on the 8th of February. So my phone is damaged, i accept that. What i am dissatisfied with is that the branch couldn't even let me know what the the status was. Its now one month later. When were they planning on notifying me? I would love that when i go to the branch next time that i would be able to pick up my damaged handset. Since i am still paying for it and its mines. I hope this sort of delay doesn't happen again. I really enjoy dealing with MTN. Looking forward to better service in the future.
