Poor data signal

I have tried to call your call centre and tried using your online complaint facility but it was not working
I am trying to resolve my data signal issues in our area, your map says we should be getting HSDPA But I can only get Edge in this whole area! I need someone to sort out this issue, since I resigned my contract I have had this issue!
